Our Process

You reach out via phone, email, Instagram, or a referral. We reply fast and friendly. Let’s talk about what you need and see if we’re a good fit.

We meet in person or virtually. We ask questions about your project, timeline, budget, and plans (if any). You ask us questions, too. We both decide if we want to move forward together.

Don’t have plans yet? No problem – we can connect you with a designer or architect. Got plans already? Great – we review them and offer any practical advice that might save time or cost.

We give you a clear breakdown of costs. If you’re still early-stage, we might give a rough ballpark. If everything’s ready, we offer a detailed fixed quote or an estimate based on your needs.

We put it all in writing. This includes scope of work, payment terms, timelines, and exclusions. A solid contract keeps everyone protected and on the same page.

We line up the team, book the materials, and confirm the start date. If council consent is needed, we make sure that’s sorted before we break ground.

We get stuck in. You get regular updates, and we flag any decisions you need to make along the way. No surprises. No ghosting. Just clear comms and good progress.

If you change your mind or want to tweak something, that’s totally fine. We just document variations in writing, so everyone stays in the loop and the budget stays on track.

We do a full walkthrough, clean up the site, and sort any final details. You get the keys, compliance paperwork, and warranties.

A few weeks later, we check in to make sure everything’s spot-on. You’re happy. We’re happy. And hopefully, you’re keen to tell your mates about us.
